I saw a lot of comments saying that Director D was unfriendly, but since the surgeon would be the doctor and they said it was specialized, I went. After consulting with the director, she explained in detail how the surgery would be done. She also showed me photos, and the doctor was kind too, but I am going to think about it a bit more. I have not had the surgery, so I do not know.
