Since this is revision rhinoplasty, I'm being very cautious and thinking it over. The director was very kind, and so was the consultant, and the atmosphere too. It was very good. They said they use donated costal cartilage, and I expect they'll sufficiently accommodate my needs, but I think I should think it over enough before going.
