First of all, I have slightly fatty, protruding-type eyes that don't need canthoplasty. I've only gone to 3 consultations so far, but 2 places recommended incision, and Jena was the only place that explained that non-incisional suture fixation would be possible. They recommended non-incisional suture fixation + ptosis correction, and said incision is optional. The line I wanted was a semi-out line, but since it's a high line, they said it might actually look more natural to set it lightly with non-incisional suture fixation. They said I definitely need ptosis correction so it won't come undone easily.
