My cheeks have been a lifelong source of stress, so I had deep cheek fat surgery. The doctor seems to check well what the problem area is for the patient, but when it comes to surgery, skill matters, but from experience I think the biggest issue is individual variation. I had already had facial liposuction several times but did not see an effect, so I went ahead with this, but as expected...? The result is similar. It came back again. This is not a matter of how deep cheek fat can come back after being removed. It seems hard to see an effect if you are someone whose innate skin/flesh quality sags easily.. There were no side effects, so I wonder if I should just be satisfied with that... I also had fat grafting, and there were no side effects, and it became sli~ghtly flatter.
