I saw reviews saying the consultant wasn’t friendly, but the consultant I saw was really friendly. And the director wasn’t exactly friendly? but tried as much as possible to pursue the style I wanted. Honestly, I was going back and forth about whether to get double eyelid surgery at all, and maybe that showed, because they just told me not to do it. I was actually recommended Botox lol.
