It’s already been a month since my surgery~ At first there was some swelling, so I was nervous, but now my nose line is gradually settling into place, so I feel a bit more relieved! I corrected my bulbous nose, dorsal hump, and the issue of my nose looking short all at once, and I had 5 mm silicone for the nasal bridge and autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip! Since it was my first surgery, I thought a lot about using autologous costal cartilage, but I went ahead with it thinking that if I was going to do it, I should do it properly! The hump that used to protrude in my side profile has definitely become clean and smooth, and from the front, the nasal tip that used to look round and spread out also feels much more refined! It still feels a little stiff to the touch, but they said it will become softer over time~ These days, people around me have also been telling me little by little that my impression looks softer, so compared to before surgery, I definitely feel like my image has become much more refined. Looking at the progress so far, I think it turned out well, and I’m even more excited for what’s ahead!
