I can’t believe it’s already been more than 2 years since I had rhinoplasty here.. It was my first cosmetic surgery ever, and my first surgery too. I was concerned about my upturned nose, and I received a surgery that lengthens the nose. No implant was used; it was a procedure to lengthen and raise the nasal tip with ear cartilage. When I asked if silicone was not possible, they firmly said no because my nasal skin would not stretch. Thanks to that, I didn’t have an excessive surgery, and after 1 year I’ve been living comfortably like before. The downsides are that there’s a bit of a scar from the nasal incision and a hypertrophic scar formed where the ear cartilage was harvested... And it doesn’t look like I had surgery lol ㅠ For real, only the nasal tip became a little prettier “naturally”.. But I live while blowing my nose, picking my nose, rubbing my nose, and touching my nose, so I have no complaints~
