I visited because they said the drooping nasal tip could be improved with cartilage repositioning. When I asked what they would do about the step-off, they said they had their own method, but I think I would trust them more if they explained it more specifically... It felt like more older people visited for paranasal augmentation?? rather than rhinoplasty
