I Can See White Pus Filled Inside My Nose

I had my nasal bridge raised with silicone and my nasal tip built with ear cartilage It’s the third day after my nose surgery. They opened and sutured the wall side inside my nose using a closed approach. When I looked today, a small dot-sized white pus-filled bump had risen on the sutured area inside my nose. Could this be the beginning of inflammation? That area had kept stinging, and the nostril area around the nasal tip was getting slightly red. I thought that by day three, the nasal pain would have settled down to some extent, but it hurts with a headache severe enough to wake me from sleep. It gets better if I take painkillers, though. How many days does this pain last? After going to the hospital right after surgery, they told me to come back two days later, so I’m worried whether it’s because I’m not getting disinfected every day.. Can I disinfect it myself with normal saline? I thought I was supposed to go for disinfection every day right after surgery ㅜㅜ And the hospital said that on day three, they would remove the bandage from the area where they took the ear cartilage and that I could shower under running water, but the taping on my nose is still there. Just in case, I’m not even washing my face. On what day did you all wash your face?
