When I had revision surgery due to inflammation at JY, I had the silicone replaced, used costal cartilage for the nasal tip, had the columella lowered, and had septal extension grafting, and it really came out expensive.. But in the end, my nose that had been in a hopeless state was rebuilt, so thankfully I’m in a situation where I don’t feel the money was wasted....
