1. Desk staff: I saw two of them, and they just felt tired from work. Sometimes they made things a bit awkward, but it was okay. 2. I felt the people in the operating room were on the kind side. 3. Director Im: There were times when his gaze felt subtly rude. Maybe because it was revision surgery and I asked a lot of questions about this and that, but it felt like he was looking at me as if I was being overly fussy. During surgery, I felt like he was paying a lot of attention, so I had expectations, but the result was disappointing for the amount paid (ptosis and sausage eyelid not improved). (+It was revision eye surgery, and he asked several times how many times I had revision surgery before. I answered honestly, but I secretly felt like, huh..? because it seemed like he was doubting me. Still, I decided on surgery because of how confident he seemed during the consultation.) Conclusion: For this kind of cost, I recommend everyone go somewhere else. I’m looking into eye surgery again. I regret not looking around more.
