And I had surgery in Daegu with that doctor who is supposedly famous for nose surgery, the one everyone knows if you just hear the name.. He told me that my nose would only come down if it was done with septal cartilage, saying septal cartilage was the only option, and strongly recommended septal cartilage.. So I ended up doing it with septal cartilage and ear cartilage.. Originally, I was also going to do the nasal bridge with silicone, so all 3 things, and I paid a large sum of 3 million won.. But during surgery they said there seemed to be inflammation, so they couldn't put silicone in the nasal bridge, and I couldn't get the bridge done.. When I went for a consultation a month ago and talked about the part where the bridge hadn't been done, they said fat grafting could be done on the nasal bridge.. And then they said, "You don't even need to do it, though.." They kept saying I didn't need it and that it was already enough now.. So when I said, "I paid including the cost of the nasal bridge, so please do it," they said the nasal bridge is a surgery they originally even do for free, and got really furious that I brought up the cost.. It has now been 8 months since surgery.. The nose did feel too long, but the nostril rims had come down a lot, so I thought this was okay...up to 2 months after surgery, I mean.. After 2 months post-op, the swelling kept going down, and after 6 months the nostril rims on both sides became severely uneven.. For the first month after the initial surgery, when I smiled, the middle columella area pulled so much it was painful, so I thought it would get better with time, but I guess that wasn't it.. It couldn't hold up and bent back again.. It is severely bent, enough that anyone can see it.. Ah.. What should I do ㅠㅠ The doctor told me that if he had known it would be like this, he wouldn't have done the surgery, and he got so angry, asking whether restoring it to the original state and refunding me would be enough I was speaking while smiling, but I didn't know he would get that angry.. Does he not see my nose.. Who should be the one getting angry.. If I could, I want to restore it to the original state and get a refund, but since it was surgery done with septal cartilage, I don't know if even restoring it is possible.. I'm scared it might collapse..ㅠㅠ
