This place felt more like a neighborhood dermatology clinic than a hospital The system was not organized From the front desk staff to the consultation staff, everyone felt chaotic Even during the consultation, I didn’t feel any professionalism at all, and I could see they seemed bothered. Throughout the consultation it wasn’t private, so I couldn’t focus well, and my trust completely dropped when the director said that because they had worked in this field for a long time, they could tell what the inside was like just by looking at the nose without taking a CT scan
