<This is the photo I brought to the director......>Before surgery, my nose was really.... not ugly (of course, by my standards^^) but it was low, and the nasal tip looked a bit pressed down. I didn’t want to make it super flashy just because I was getting surgery, (and I didn’t think that would suit my face either..) As you can tell from the photo that showed the look I was aiming for, I wanted the nasal tip to be rounded, naturally pretty, and clearly prettier compared to before surgery, that kind of feeling. For nose clinics, you really shouldn’t think, “I want this, and it’s famous, so I’ll do it here!” because every clinic director’s style is truly different. No matter how much I ask them to do it like this, if the director’s style is extremely flashy, it’s hard for them to make it look natural. So from the very first consultations, I hope you clearly decide on the nose photos and look you want, then look through reviews of many different clinics, narrow down the clinics that match that look, and go around to consultations. Even among clinics that are good at noses, for example, there are clinics good at bulbous noses, clinics good at defining the nasolabial angle, and clinics that simply do very natural-looking noses. Because every clinic’s style is so different like this, it’s good to look up each and every review to see what style the clinic you want really has. That’s how I had my surgery too. My nose was on the wider side, both the bulbous tip and the alae, so I had alar reduction done together too. In the early stage after surgery, there was some discomfort (cotton packing, swelling, etc..), but overall, I’m satisfied because I think the shape came out well, matching the look I wanted. But they say with rhinoplasty, you have to keep watching it for months and even years, so I’m always very careful, making sure my nose doesn’t get pressed or have pressure on it if possible. (I originally liked sleeping face down, but after rhinoplasty I absolutely never sleep face down anymore haha) I’m the type to be extremely careful... Other than that, I don’t think there’s anything very uncomfortable. My nose was really long + bulbous, so I kept thinking about Angel Nose and finally got it done.. A long nose is seriously stressful. It makes the midface look long tooㅜㅜ and on top of that, it was spread out, making my face look broad. I we
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Leaving a review of my autologous costal cartilage rhinoplasty~
During the consultation, Dr. Kim Hyun-joo’s aesthetic sense matched mine perfectly, so I made up my mind right away at the clinic...! It wasn’t about making the nose overly high or obviously done, but about shaping it naturally and elegantl
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 10 months after implant-free nasal tip surgery. Overcoming my bulbous nose complex
My round nasal tip was so different from the look I wanted… You know how a bulbous nose looks even thicker and more emphasized in photosㅠ... Even though the side profile seemed okay? From the front, it looked spread out. There are different

5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 29 Posting a male nose surgery review ~
I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
