During the consultation, they spoke reassuringly, saying it would go well and that there would be no problems, so I went ahead with it. But after my first rhinoplasty, I developed a large scar on the columella, and the starting point of the nasal bridge was too high, so I was dissatisfied with the shape and have now had it removed. After that, no matter how I looked at it, it looked stranger than before surgery and the columellar scar was deep, but they just kept saying the same things as if it was the same and only kept telling me to wait and watch. Even the consultation manager, after the director left, glanced around and said, "It is a little different." But the director kept saying it went well and to wait and watch, and for a while communication was impossible. It was truly frustrating and difficult. I had the full removal done at one of the three major hospitals for this, and I am receiving laser treatment for the columella. Honestly, I don't even want to write any longer. Everyone, avoid factory-style clinics and make sure to research hospitals carefully before doing it.
