With the double-line technique, I changed my previous buried-suture outline to an in-out line and lowered the line. I also had ptosis correction and eyelid fat grafting done, but the fat graft disappears quickly, so please think it over carefully. The result has severe asymmetry, so I’m now going around looking into revision surgery again. The bend in the line also looks unnatural, and my eyes before were much prettier
