**SMILE LASIK review - Busan Bright Eye Clinic I'll write a review after getting SMILE LASIK 3-4 years? ago. I had it done at Busan Bright Eye Clinic, and to start with the conclusion, I'm really satisfied. I originally wore glasses + contact lenses for a long time, since I was a student, so putting on contacts every time I went out was annoying and because of dryness, by the afternoon my eyes felt gritty and irritated. I was scared of LASIK/LASEK, so I only searched about it every day Then I heard SMILE LASIK has fast recovery and less pain, so I decided on this. Reason for choosing the hospital I went without thinking much, and because I'm extremely P, I thought after one consultation everywhere would probably be similar, so I chose here lol But the consultation was really kind and they explained everything in detail, so I felt trust. They checked my eye condition thoroughly too, and the preoperative tests were really intense, so I thought, 'Ah, they do things properly here.' On the day of surgery, it ended faster than expected, and there was almost nothing scary. Of course there was a feeling of something going into my eye, but it didn't really hurt, and even after the surgery, my vision was just slightly hazy? There was none of that severe pain and tears streaming down. From the next day, my vision started to clear up, and after 3-4 days, the world really looked different lol I was worried about dryness too, but for me it was better than expected, and these days I almost never use artificial tears. Now my vision is 1.0???? in both eyes. It's still amazing that I don't have to look for glasses as soon as I open my eyes in the morning, and it's so convenient when going to the pool or exercising ㅠㅠ I should have done it earlier... I wondered why I only kept worrying about it. Conclusion: if you're considering SMILE LASIK, I highly recommend it. I was satisfied with everything from consultation to surgery and follow-up care, and especially for people who get scared easily and worry a lot, it's really worth recommending.
