It was around 2022, and at the time the price included a retouch, but now it’s separate and costs 300,000 won.
I suspect they may be using a ruby laser deeply and strongly as if treating melasma. It seems like it could be risky if someone without enough skill shoots the laser on areas that aren’t freckles.
