My nose had a severe hump and was low, so it didn’t look pretty from any angle. That was always stressful, and I think I spent years just thinking about rhinoplasty. Then this time, I had a consultation with Director Eom Jae-ho at The Door Plastic Surgery, and he recommended materials while taking even my skin thickness into account, and explained in detail what kind of line would suit me, so I trusted him. I wanted a somewhat defined straight-to-softly-curved line. So I proceeded with donated costal cartilage and silicone, and because my hump was quite severe, osteotomy was done together. Looking back now, if that part hadn’t been handled carefully, I don’t think the line would have come out like this. After surgery, the line connected from the glabella to the nasal tip is exactly the feeling I wanted, and every time I look in the mirror I think, “It’s pretty good?” My satisfaction is really high. I also received aftercare often, so I think the swelling went down quickly. In short, don’t keep putting it off for no reason. The longer someone has worried like I did, the more important it is to get a proper consultation before doing it.
