I’m almost 6 months post-op now, and my nose used donated costal cartilage and septal cartilage, but it’s too long ㅠㅠ Will this get absorbed more? It looks okay from the front, but from certain angles my nose looks way too long. Can this be lowered with a nasal tip revision?
