I’m worried about my hollow under-eyes... For hollowing from under-eye fat, is there really no answer besides lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning? If I get under-eye fat repositioning, can it become smooth and also improve the hollow look? When I look at before-and-after photos of under-eye fat repositioning, it definitely does look cleaner ..but I’m also wondering if it’s the right thing to do
