Hello, I had cheekbone reduction + square jaw + chin surgery on Thursday, February 7.. The first day was definitely uncomfortable.. I kept spilling food and couldn't eat properly.. Starting from yesterday, the second day, I ate a lot of porridge, sweet potato salad, steamed eggs, soy milk, bananas, pumpkin juice, ice cream.. I literally ate all day long But today is the third day, and since I had some diarrhea, I just finished a whole bowl of dumpling soup by myself; is that normal? I heard everyone has trouble eating.. I'm worried that eating too much could cause inflammation or even make me gain weight Is there anyone who ate well like me? Also, since it's the third day, I think the swelling is at its peak.. Is tomorrow the point when it starts going down? But the hospital says I can't do any compresses at all. I went to the hospital yesterday, washed my hair, got laser treatment and a swelling shot, then came back.. Is compressing really that bad? Wouldn't it be better just to follow the hospital's instructions?
