Revision osteotomy! Please reply

I had nose surgery, but maybe because my nose still isn’t that high, the width of my nasal bones still looks noticeable. Originally, we were supposed to do an osteotomy, but the operating director said it wasn’t necessary, so I don’t think it was done.... I’m dissatisfied because the height of my nasal bridge is too low, and maybe because of that, I’m also dissatisfied that my nasal bones looking wide stands out. The director says my nostrils are too small, so there’s no space for an osteotomy and breathing would become uncomfortable, but... Besides osteotomy, another method is non-fat absorption? He said there is an injection, and if I get the injection, the nasal bone area might settle down... When I asked whether the nasal bridge could be raised more, he said he doesn’t recommend it because my skin is thin.... Ah, now I can’t trust what doctors say. I also feel like maybe he just doesn’t want to bother doing the osteotomy. What should I do? If I do an osteotomy, won’t the nasal bridge become even a little higher? I’m debating whether I should do the osteotomy, or get the injection, or raise the nasal bridge more.
