My frame was originally on the small side, and my breasts were at the level of having zero assets, like a man, so I wanted a natural look without being greedy about size. I wondered if I should go even smaller.. but I just went with the size the director recommended, and I think what everyone says in reviews about the post-op size being smaller than expected is true! If I had gone smaller than the recommended size, I think I would have regretted it a bit, so right now feels just right And I know there has been talk lately about Sebbin going bankrupt or being acquired, but it was not bankruptcy because there was a problem with the implants. My younger sibling had Sebbin Integrity with the same director a few years ago, and the shape and feel were so, so good, so I also went with Sebbin Integrity without much worry!
Day of surgery I had no sore throat or nausea at all from the general anesthesia, but I was so cold that I was tremblingㅠ Still, in the recovery room they put something like a heater under the blanket and kept me warm, so I got better quickly. Right after waking from anesthesia, they put on the compression garment and upper band, and it hurt so much ㅠ Even when moving to sit in the wheelchair, I had no strength and slumped down, which was hard, but the nurses supported me well, so I safely got to the recovery room and as soon as I got the pain-control injection, thankfully the breast pain disappeared completely. Still, there was a heavy and uncomfortable feeling, so it was hard to move
Day 1 ~ Day 5 - I was short of breath, so I could not speak for long - My back kept rounding, so I became like a turtle - Stiff soreness like my upper body had been in a car accident (back + shoulder blades + lower back) - Abdominal swelling kept getting worse, but the compression garment was so tight that even eating a little made me feel indigestion - They told me to sleep at a 45-degree angle for a week, so I slept leaning on a triangular cushion, but my lower back really, really hurt, and when I tried sleeping leaning on a recliner chair, my sacrum hurt so much ㅠ I barely slept by alternating between them.. - Tape allergy + itching in the areas touching the skin because the compression garment was so tight
From the day after surgery, aside from breast stiffness when lying down or getting up, I could do things on my own pretty well. Since it was transaxillary, my arms had no strength and I could not lift my hands, so I needed a caregiver's help even to tie my hair, and aside from that kind of inconvenience, I had no pain in the breasts themselves at all. But the lower back + sacrum pain when sleeping and the itching!!!! seriously drove me crazy ㅠ Thankfully the hospital gave me a backscratcher, so it was a little better.. The itching was so bad that as soon as morning came on day 4, I removed the tape by myself right away, and it felt so refreshing and I was happy, if only for a moment..^^^... But as soon as I put the compression garment on, the itching got bad again, so I wore a sleeveless top or Airism short-sleeve shirt and put it on over that, and although it is still a little itchy, it is much better. Also after surgery, my nipples ㅠ became so sensitive and painful that nipple patches seem essential. The ones the hospital gave me were enough, so I did not buy any separately and am continuing to use those for now If days 2-4 were suffering MAX, from day 5 my condition gradually recovered, then on day 6 it suddenly got much!! better, and from day 8 I returned to daily life + work
Oh, and since I originally had asymmetrical breasts, different implant sizes were placed from the start. At my 1-week follow-up, the director said the upper fullness on one side was more severe, so he told me not to wear the compression garment and to wear only the S-shaped band + upper band, so I have been wearing it like that. They also gave me an abdominal binder to wear while sleeping so the implants would not spread sideways. It definitely does seem effective because I can see the symmetry gradually improving lolol Anyway, it seems they give different solutions for each person like this
Still, when I see my larger breasts in the mirror, I immediately feel happy, and just thinking about the days when I had no breasts is terrifying in itself.. It is only hard for a short time, so I am enduring it diligently while thinking this much is manageable.. hahaha Even though it has only been 2 weeks, compared with right after surgery, they feel very slightly softer and the upper fullness also seems to be disappearing little by little, so I am really looking forward to the next 6 months
