First of all, my rhinitis was severe, so I always had nasal congestion, and the left side in particular was almost to the point where I could not breathe. It turned out it was not just simple rhinitis. My nasal septum was deviated, and the airway inside my nose was also narrowed, which was why. So septoplasty for deviated septum + rhinitis surgery were included as the basics, and especially because when I breathed, I felt like the area near the nasal tip was slightly collapsing inward, I also had nasal valve reconstruction done together. I also wanted to improve the hooked-nose impression, and that part improved well too. The nasal bridge was too low, and the nasal tip was wide and slightly drooping, so rather than an overly artificial line or height, I wanted it to look natural and suited to my face. So they used a customized implant to raise it just slightly to the degree that fit my face, and for the nasal tip, they used septal cartilage to make it look naturally defined. Since the surgery was done this way, the cartilage is mine, so there is no foreign-body sensation, and the result seems much more natural lololol Definitely, after surgery, breathing is really comfortable now, and the side profile has also been refined, so my image looks much neater, which is nice lololol Because the nasal bridge is natural but still has a slightly defined angle, my overall proportions look better too, so I wonder why I did not do this good thing sooner lololololololol
