I had the hump shaved, osteotomy, and nasal tip cartilage work without an implant. The protruding area now is slightly above the middle of the nasal bridge, and it also seems like it may be where the hump originally was. Anyway, this part is protruding slightly on its own, so the contour isn’t smooth anymore..... I don’t know if it’s swelling from the osteotomy or if the hump shaving wasn’t done well.. When the splint was removed and the stitches were taken out, I don’t think it was like this, but at some point it started becoming like this. This is subtly stressful.. Should I have gotten an implant after all? When I searched, it seemed like there are people like me. Should I wait about 2-3 months?
