Male eye surgery, 3 years later (recent change in double-eyelid line)

During winter break in my second year of high school, I had buried-suture double eyelid surgery and Magic epicanthoplasty. It has now been a little over 3 years since the surgery. When I went around for consultations before getting surgery, what I heard at most consultations was that even if I had surgery, there would not be much difference. Even before surgery, I had a fairly decent double eyelid, my eyes were not on the small side, and they said there was no real need for surgery, but when I looked at myself, the distance between my eyes was too wide, and my double eyelids looked almost like inner double eyelids, so I ended up going for it. It cost 2 million won at the time. It was the most expensive among the places where I had consultations. The doctor who said there would not be much difference after surgery was wrong. In my eyes, my face changed a lot. But my friends did not really notice it. They only realized after I told them. But recently, a new double-eyelid line formed higher than the line created by the double eyelid surgery, and now my double eyelid follows that line. At first only my left eye was like that, but now my right eye has become like that too. I am not sure if it happened because I had conjunctivitis not long ago and rubbed my eyes often, or because I lost some weight, but what I want to say is that the line that formed now is prettier than the line created by surgery. However, what annoys me a bit is that my double-eyelid line has become two layers. The line from surgery and the line that formed recently, like that. It looks okay when I open my eyes, but when I close them, there are two lines, so it feels a bit uncomfortable to look at. I am worried about what I should do.
