I’m currently thinking of having revision surgery to refine only the nasal tip again. I wondered if there are people like me.... I have silicone in the nasal bridge, septal cartilage in the columella, septal cartilage in the nasal tip, and the nasal tip was tied... For the reason shown in the photo, they said they would refine the nasal tip again and loosen the nasal tip tying a little.... Has anyone had surgery like this? And....... Could you please look at my nose and tell me what you think Whether I should have revision surgery or not. Some days it looks okay, and other days it looks really severe.
