Seriously, at this point, would it be okay to get under-eye fat repositioning? I have had dark circles since I was young, so I did not care much, but after getting past my mid-20s and starting to age, these dark circles became really intense and it is stressing me out The symptoms are that when my face is expressionless, the dark circle and tear trough under my right eye in particular look really pronounced, and when I smile, the area under my eyes bulges slightly. Seriously, at this point, if I only get under-eye fat repositioning without fat grafting, could it fix the dark circles and tear troughs that look really intense when my face is expressionless?
