Paranasal augmentation + fat grafting

I had planned to do fat grafting right after paranasal augmentation, but after the paranasal augmentation, the swelling was so, so, so severe that I ended up getting the fat grafting a week later But the fat grafting caused even, even, even, even more swelling, so even though it’s been over a week I still look like an alien I can feel lumps, my forehead is bumpy, and it seems like the implant from the paranasal augmentation has moved I had an intraoral incision, and originally I could feel the end of the implant with my tongue, but now it’s gone........ Did it move? My whole face looks strange, my eyes are buried so my double eyelids disappeared too, and it does seem to be going down very slightly, but I don’t like the shape either Will this actually go down..........
