I had it done by the director 3 years ago, but it came undone, so I went back again. I had it done by incision, but it came undone again after only 6 months. Also, the stitches were not all removed, and maybe because they were removed late, a hole-like scar formed in that area. The epicanthoplasty is uneven too. I had epicanthoplasty twice here, but when I went for a consultation at another hospital, they said the right side was underdone and recommended epicanthoplasty only on the right side? It looks like I’m going to end up getting epicanthoplasty three times. I asked because the line was crooked, and they said it had come undone. At first, they said the crookedness would probably improve with time. It was an incisional procedure, so I’m dumbfounded that it came undone in half a year. Now they recommended revision surgery for the part that came undone, so I asked for a refund, but they said no because there was nothing surgically wrong. And they kept saying they felt sorry for me, but they absolutely would not give a refund. When I said if they felt sorry, shouldn’t they give one, they said there was no problem with the surgery. If there was no surgical problem, why is my right eye like this? During the consultation, they said they would make it high and glamorous, but once it came undone, it seemed like they were blaming my eye, and now they say I need to lower the line again. Then that means the doctor’s judgment was wrong from the start, so I wonder why they won’t admit any fault. They said they wanted to do a good job because I was a returning patient and of course they would provide aftercare, but I’m not going to get it. If I do it again, it will be a second revision eye surgery, and only the patient ends up suffering.
