Because I have a large face shape with prominent cheekbones and a square jaw, I finally made up my mind to have surgery.. (cheekbones + square jaw) I preferred a private clinic over a large hospital, and checked whether it was -a clinic specializing in facial contouring -an anesthesiology specialist on site and a safety system (I especially paid attention to this because of my age) -whether CCTV footage could be viewed -the surgical method and surgery time, and how many surgeries the doctor performs per day -cheekbone fixation -whether hospitalization and drains were needed (I wanted to avoid drains as much as possible) -a reasonable price After carefully choosing and choosing, I selected this clinic. On the day of surgery, because of the anesthetic gas, I felt nauseous and dizzy, so it was extremely, extremely, extremely painful. Other than that, there was no pain. From one month onward, I managed the swelling while exercising, and I still exercise consistently now. Now at 6 months, first of all, there is still some swelling around the temple area. (It was protruding like a lump, so I worried what I would do if it did not go down, but as time passes it is gradually going down.) And there is still some gum swelling, so there is a tight feeling? and ssam or large gimbap are too much for me. The scars next to my ears are still there too. People around me often ask if I lost weight. They say my jawline looks sharper than before haha (they do not know I had surgery). As I got older, I lost facial fat and had a peanut-shaped face, but after cheekbone surgery, the lines definitely became more refined and my image became softer. It was not a dramatic change but a natural one, so I am very satisfied^^
