I had the surgery last Friday night, so exactly 7 days have passed as of today. I was told I shouldn’t do an epicanthoplasty, and a lateral canthoplasty was optional~ Ptosis correction would be better if I did it, but my eyes were in a state where it was okay not to (my left eye is rounder than my right eye.. but I think my right eye is prettier.. even now after double-eyelid surgery.. lol), so I only did the buried suture method without epicanthoplasty or lateral canthoplasty. I don’t think there was much swelling from the beginning.. As for pain, on the day of surgery after the anesthesia wore off, it hurt a bit, but from the next day, it really didn’t hurt at all. For bruising, the left side had none from the start, and only the right side was bad from the beginning... it’s slow, but I think it’s fading... The bruised side looks painful, but it doesn’t hurt. From the start, I asked them to make it as thick as possible in an outline, just not thick enough to become sausage eyelids.. With this thickness, it definitely won’t become an inner double eyelid, right? I like the line both when my eyes are closed and when they’re open. People around me all say it seems to have turned out really well. They say I should’ve done it sooner... hehe It still looks a bit greasy/strong, but it’s definitely much better after doing it, so these are pleasant days~ (as long as it doesn’t loosen ㅠㅠ)
