After having 2 mm silicone inserted and the nasal tip raised with septal cartilage, I didn’t like that the tip looked upturned or the change in my impression, so I had it removed after 50 days. The hospital said there wouldn’t really be any problem removing it after 50 days, so I had it removed right away. The nasal tip was too high, and people said my nostrils were visible, so I asked them to lower it so my nostrils wouldn’t show. When I look at people who remove implants, they say there can be an upturned symptom, so I deliberately didn’t remove everything from the nasal tip. I had surgery to lower the septal cartilage and remove the silicone, and today is day 5... but my mom and dad both say it looks even more upturned than at first.. I really feel like I’m going crazy. My original nose was a bulbous nose, and it was absolutely not upturned at all; if anything, it was a drooping nose. So today I went to the hospital, had disinfection done, removed the taping, and asked the nurse. She said it was because of swelling, because of scar tissue.. that it was wound contraction and it would come down a bit later. Is that right...?? Everyone, please leave comments. I’m begging you. This is so hard..
