I got capsular contracture, so I went around for consultations in a half-despairing state. Marble was the second hospital I went to, and after consulting with the director here, I realized all over again that I really had no knowledge about breasts until now..;; They measured my size and checked my breast condition, and said that the capsule was thick, so it had hardened firmly. They made a surgery plan that included capsule removal, and said contracture itself was a problem, but the implant had also moved downward, making it look like a double line. What I had felt was strange while looking in the mirror felt like it was practically confirmed by the director's words.. They said it would be better to do the revision surgery through the inframammary fold incision and reduce the size from what I have now. They said they do not recommend a large size that does not fit my body type.. The director spoke only the facts well, and on the other hand listened carefully to my difficulties, so I was satisfied. The consultant also did not cling excessively and summarized the surgery plan for me. What left the strongest impression was that she said even if I do not do it at Marble, since I have contracture, she really hopes I get revision surgery before it is too late. I am still thinking about it, but if I cannot find a more suitable place, I think I will do it here. (I am currently on my 4th in-person consultation.)
