I had surgery here and developed contracture, so I’m going through hell right now. I had my first surgery 2 years ago, and my nose became crooked, swollen, and upturned, so 1 year ago I had all the silicone removed. Now my nose has nothing in it. It’s a place where I would’ve been better off not doing it at all. The photo is from about two months after the surgery 2 years ago. Since only my nose is shown, it may be hard to tell, but even from the side, my nose was completely crooked, my nostrils were fully visible, and as you can see in the photo, it was extremely swollen and red.
