I had upper eyelid fat removal done at Igram near Sinsa Station. Recently, my eyes had been swelling often and feeling heavy, so I decided to have the procedure. My eyes definitely feel lighter, and there’s less swelling in the morning, so I’m satisfied for the price. (Event price: 550,000 won) There isn’t any aesthetic difference before and after the surgery. The clinic told me in advance that there wouldn’t be any external change, and I didn’t have the surgery to improve my appearance, so I’m satisfied. But if you want the flesh on your upper eyelids to look reduced, I recommend double eyelid surgery. It seems like they’re good at double eyelid surgery here too lol Recovery took about 3 weeks. The swelling seemed to be all gone around then, and because the bruising was severe, it took close to a month for all the bruising to disappear. The pain during surgery was quite severe, and after surgery there weren’t any major issues except that it was hard to open my eyes for a few days because of the swelling. Scars remained at all 4 incision sites, but except for one spot, they aren’t very noticeable. Overall, I’m satisfied. The facilities are clean, and there weren’t many patients visiting, so it was comfortable. Parking was convenient too. The operating room nurses and staff were all kind as well. However, they said it would take less than 1 hour from check-in to payment, but it took over 2 and a half hours, which seriously disrupted my later schedule... so I think everyone should go after clearing their whole day.
