Bulbous nose + low nasal bridge + severe nasal obstruction… I was someone living with the three-piece set of nose concerns. Actually, I had tried fillers and thread lifting a few times before, but they looked too obvious and collapsed quickly, so I eventually changed direction to surgery lol First of all, what I wanted was raising the nasal bridge, refining the spread-out nasal tip, improving nasal obstruction, and overall creating a slimmer impression. Honestly, I’m extremely satisfied with the surgical result lolololol Since I had surgery with a customized implant, it settled into a natural straight-looking line like my original nose, and the bulbous nasal tip became much more refined, so the overall impression of my face became clearer. After rhinitis surgery, the nasal obstruction disappeared completely too, and I’m like, can breathing really be this comfortable? lol They removed the filler and threads from my previous procedures before going into surgery, so my worries about possible side effects were reduced too, and all my concerns are solved lolol I’m one month post-op, and as the line is settling, my satisfaction keeps going up. Since not only the cosmetic part but also the functional part succeeded, I feel like for the nose, surgery is the answer, not procedures lololololol

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 10 months after implant-free nasal tip surgery. Overcoming my bulbous nose complex

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
