Even with makeup, they don’t cover well, so people ask if I’m tiredㅠ They’re dark ㅠㅠ The photo is bare-faced, and I’m considering under-eye fat repositioning. From what I can see, it doesn’t look like I have fat under my eyes, and if it seems like pigmentation, would I not see much effect?ㅠㅠ Would it be better to consult around and go for consultations...?ㅠ
