All the young doctors are full of confidence, but the doctor here seems to have already gone through that phase and realized that there are surgeries that are difficult even when performed, and is equipped with humility too. Somehow it felt comforting. That doesn't mean they are the warm type at all, but they try to tell the facts, and it felt like they are not doing surgery just to make money, but have strong academic interest and build self-satisfaction by being good at it. So rather than saying it will definitely go well or become pretty, they calmly tell you the problems and methods.. lol Their eye for symmetry is like an eagle's eye.. The consultant spoke fast, but wrote everything down for me! They are conservative about using silicone, so I'm not having surgery here, but I agree that there is also no material as good as silicone for the nasal bridge. They said they use autologous costal cartilage and do not use donated costal cartilage.
