During the first surgery, because the ear cartilage was shifted only to the right, my nostril asymmetry was severe, and only the nasal tip was excessively high, so I looked like Pinocchioㅜㅜ And as time passed, the ear cartilage that had been inserted long toward the right started showing through at the nasal tip, and the cartilage began protruding at the nasal tip and turned red. So I barely endured 6 months and got revision surgery after 6 months. But the doctor did not properly listen to what I was saying and only removed the red, protruding part showing through at the nasal tip, so the cartilage that is still inserted long toward the right is still showing through. Also, with the nostril asymmetry, when viewed from a 45-degree angle, the left and right sides of my nose look completely differentㅜㅜ The columella has come down a lot tooㅜㅜ Would it be okay to have a second revision at the same clinic?
