Adjusting nose height?

I asked because the surgery result came out so natural. They said they raised it by 5 mm, and I thought it would look pretty obvious, but it didn’t. Surprisingly haha. So I asked about it, and they brushed it off, saying they definitely inserted it. When I said, shouldn’t it have been raised more?, they said if they raise it any more, there could be a risk of inflammation. They were telling me I should trust them since I’m the patient, but honestly what am I supposed to do when I can’t even cut the nose open and check it lol. It’s really awkward that it doesn’t look like I had surgery. I spent my own money and it looks natural, which honestly feels like a waste of money. What even is this... I heard that celebrities get what they call a broadcast nose? and that it has to be raised more than for ordinary people. So for those celebrities, do they just live with the risk of inflammation? Or is there really a limit to how much each person’s nose can be raised? It’s so frustrating. It wasn’t even that low of a nose to begin with. They said there was a hump that you wouldn’t notice unless you looked closely, so they shaved that down and inserted silicone. Now the bridge is smoother than before, but apart from that, it’s become a nose that nobody would know had surgery done to it. I said I wanted it redone because it felt wasteful, and they just kept repeating that the nose looks different at 6 months and at 1 year. What, is this some kind of magic? That the shape of the nose changes as time passes? haha Anyway, I didn’t curse at them, but I argued and left. In the end, I only got that ridiculous answer to just wait. Please think very carefully before getting plastic surgery.
