It was my first visit, and the clinic atmosphere was clean and the staff were kind. The consultation teacher explained things well without making me feel pressured and answered my questions in detail. They calmly explained everything from the surgical method to the recovery process, so I felt I could trust them. There was no sense at all that they were pushing or forcing anything. I liked that they told me to come back for another consultation if I was still unsure.
