I’m leaving this review in the hope that it will be even a little helpful to those who, like me, were 고민ing about facial contouring and rhinoplasty. Before surgery, I also searched through so many reviews and spent years just worrying about it. In the end, I made up my mind with the thought, “You only live once, so let’s live without complexes.” I had 3 facial contouring procedures at Batang Plastic Surgery Clinic (zygoma reduction with triple fixation, long-curve square jaw surgery, and chin-tip reduction shaving), deep cheek fat removal, and rhinoplasty (silicone nasal bridge implant, nasal tip using septal cartilage + ear cartilage, and nasal bridge osteotomy) all at once. The surgery itself finished faster than I expected, but the early swelling and bruising were quite severe. My swelling was especially severe even compared with other reviews, and I felt upset every time I looked in the mirror. But after about 2 weeks, the swelling went down quickly, to the point where people wouldn’t know I had surgery unless I told them. At first, I mostly used cold compresses, and from week 2 I combined warm compresses with walks, which made recovery much faster. From week 2, eating was also almost not uncomfortable. I mainly ate soft foods like thin rice gruel, porridge, and soft tofu, and I also made sure to have pumpkin juice, seaweed soup, and Danggui Sini San, which are said to help reduce swelling. The hospital regularly provided radiofrequency and LED care, so I was also satisfied with the aftercare. The director personally checked my progress carefully every time, which truly moved me...ㅠ More than anything, my facial line changed so much. Before, I had a heavy and rigid impression because of the angular and protruding areas, but after surgery, my face became a smooth and soft oval shape. I feel more confident every time I look in the mirror, and people around me often say, “You’ve become prettier.” But no one knows I had surgery, so I’m even more satisfied haha Among all the procedures and surgeries I’ve had so far, this has the highest satisfaction level, and I especially want to recommend it to those who were stressed because of a square jaw and a low nose.
