It was Director Lee Han-byeol, and she was very calm, kind, and professional. I didn’t know anything about eye surgery, so I asked a ton of questions, and she answered all of them kindly and told me very clearly what was possible and what wasn’t. The other staff all seemed nice, but at first I was kind of like, what’s with my assigned consultant? She didn’t feel extremely kind, but she was still okay.
