For my first surgery, they used septal cartilage for the tip of my nose. This time, after 2 years.. I did 4 mm on the bridge and 5 mm with ear cartilage for the tip, But it hurts so much, my ear If possible, I didn’t want to use ear cartilage... Anyway.. but... I said I didn’t want a long nose.. so I had the surgery done, but now my nose looks slightly upturned like Solbi’s nose pig Right after the surgery ended, the doctor said, “The tip of the nose will come down.
