I thought I was supposed to do cold compresses or warm compresses, but they said not to do anything..? They said warm compresses can actually cause low-temperature burns.. So I did not receive a pack. Maybe because the incision area is delicate..? They said they do not give ointment either. I do not know what kind of ointment it is, though.. They said they do not give it because people apply too much ointment too. They just told me to leave the swelling alone.. I guess I will just drink pumpkin juice.
