My dad is in his late 50s and has a lot of under-eye fat, so he’s planning to get under-eye fat repositioning this time. Is there anywhere really, really good in Busan that you can recommend!? And if there’s anywhere in Seoul that’s extremely good, please recommend that too! My dad says he’ll just do it in Busan and asks why go all the way to Seoul, but my older sister and I live in Seoul, so since he’s doing it anyway, we’d like him to do it in Seoul.. If there are any good hospitals in Busan or Seoul (mainly Busan), please recommend them! And if there are any hospitals I should maybe avoid, I’d be grateful if you could let me know that too
