I went for a consultation for revision surgery on my crooked nose, and it was really good because they gave me the limitations and options. They weren’t unfriendly, but they also didn’t say everything was possible. It was exactly the textbook standard of a consultation. If it had been my first surgery, I could have entrusted it to them, but looking at the expected result, for this price and that outcome... I judged that it would be better to invest elsewhere. (The director actually gave me options for that reason too.) Plus points for being able to see a rough preview of what I would look like in advance!
