Hi, I’m here today with my breast augmentation review at exactly one month post-op! First of all, I’m in my mid-30s, and in my 20s, I had a little volume to work with, so if I felt lacking, I could just wear a padded bra, and it wasn’t a big inconvenience in daily life. But after frequent dieting and weight cycling, as I got closer to my late 30s, my breasts became so saggy and my upper breast volume had disappeared I got Mentor Smooth implants, with 250 cc on the left and 225 cc on the right. I’m writing this on mobile, so I’m not sure how the photos will upload lol. Anyway, the first 3 are before! The 4th is the day of surgery, and the 5th, 6th, and 7th are from today, at one month. I did a lot of online research on clinics, so I planned a list of about 4 places for the first day and 4 places for the next day. Out of a total of 8 consultations, I met Dr. Lee Jae-soo at Next Plastic Surgery, the second place I visited, and without even going to the rest of the consultations, I canceled them all and put down a deposit. I liked that the consultation was very detailed, and he seemed extremely meticulous, so I thought, ah, if it’s this doctor lol, I can trust him... And I also didn’t want to go too big. (I’m short, 155 cm) But the director also said that since I’m short, if they were too big, I could look bulky, and we talked a lot about the size I wanted and things like that. He really explained everything so well that I had no questions left! As of today, it’s been one month. Today I had scar care and ultrasound care. The aftercare is something else. hahaha The things I thought were good were that I don’t have to wear a surgical bra (still braless hahaha), that they specialize only in breasts, and the front-desk staff and nurses were all so kind. I think I went from an A+ or B- (are those the same??) to about a C+ now. I haven’t bought bras yet so I’m not sure, but I’m very satisfied with the result hahaha I also had accessory breast tissue removal, and while I was at it, I got mini liposuction on my arms too, so there’s a bit of scarring left from that, but they’re also doing scar laser treatment for it, so I’m satisfied. They said that in the early stage after surgery, they intentionally make the shape a little fuller on top, and without wearing a surgical bra, they let it settle downward with gravity!! Ah, this varies by person, but my nipples still hurt so much It feels like someone is carving them out with a knife But they said this is case by case and will improve with time, so I’m waiting! I’ll bring a review at 2 months too hahaha I think I understand why it’s called No. 1 in satisfaction.
